Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tahlia Castle , customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund and cancellation policy.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
Refunds:
- Products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase and may take between 7 to 21 business days to reflect in your account.
Exemptions:
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error from our side.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on Tahlia Castle’s part.
